Shipping Policy
Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping rates and methods are dependent on the items purchased, destination of your order and the shipping method you select. Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Cozzi Jewelers will not be liable or responsible for refunding the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay. If the delivery of your package, jewelry or product is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of Cozzi Jewelers, for whatever the reason, Cozzi Jewelers will not be liable or responsible for refunding the shipping charges. Signature is required upon delivery of any of our packages, jewelry or products for your protection. Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 11am eastern standard time or your order will not be processed until the following business day. Return Policy Cozzi Jeweler's is dedicated to your satisfaction of your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return unworn jewelry (BOLD & UNDERLINED) within (14) days from the date your order was shipped or purchased from our store, which ever date is later. . You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling and or other additional charges. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use Fed-Ex, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Please make all returns to the following address: Paul A. You can expect a refund within sixty (60) days of our receiving your returned jewelry. The refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in the original purchase. CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY is NOT RETURNABLE. Backorder Policy Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions. Damaged Goods Policy Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
